Zoning Code of OrdinancesEstablishes zoning districts for the unincorporated portions of the Township of Algoma pursuant to the provisions of Act 184 of the Public Acts of 1943, as amended, to set forth regulations, minimum standards and procedures for the use, size and protection of land and structures within such districts, to establish provisions for the enforcement of this Ordinance and to prescribe penalties for the violation thereof.
