Treasurer Deborah Ellenwood

Deb moved to Algoma Township in 1974.  She first served as Deputy Treasurer for the Township in 1987 and was appointed Treasurer in May of 1988.  During her service as Township Treasurer Deb has volunteered on the Planning Commission and Algoma Township Parks & Recreation Committee.  In addition, Deb has held the offices of Chairman and Treasurer for the Kent County Treasurer's Association and has earned the Certified Public Finance Director degree from Central Michigan University and the Michigan Certified Professional Treasurer Certificate from the Michigan Municipal Treasurer's Association.
